Refund and Cancellation Policy

At a2zHere DigiCards, a venture of Accentuate e Services, we provide digital-first solutions for businesses. Because our services involve immediate access to digital templates and instant hosting, we maintain a clear policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. As a2zHere DigiCards offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital services, we do not provide refunds once a premium plan is purchased or a subscription is activated.

We encourage all users to fully explore our platform, features, and templates before making a payment. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the transaction is non-refundable.

2. Trial and Demo Accounts

To ensure that our platform meets your expectations before you commit to a paid plan:

• Free Trial/Demo: Users may request or sign up for a Trial/Demo account. This allows you to experience our 35+ templates and builder tools without any financial commitment.
• Explore Before You Buy: Use the demo period to test the functionality, view the designs, and ensure the digital card suits your branding needs.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Subscription Management: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard.
• Post-Cancellation Access: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
• No Future Charges: Cancellation stops all future billing. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the case of duplicate payments caused by a technical glitch during the checkout process. In such instances, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.
