We are motivated to start this instution with a dream of transforming the youth of the region into highly skilled technical work force. There is an unending demand of skilled man power of various trades in growing industrial enterprises,both in private and public sectors. Also we are aware and hence convinced that there is hidden talent in young people of our rural region and they need an opportunity to bring it out, refine and polish it to make them rewarding employable. Our technical institute is a place to sharpen skills, shape the personality and transform our rural youth through training so that they are gainfully absorbed in industrial activities of the region and they are able to initiate their own ventures. The Institute is initiating with two trades viz Electrician and Fitter.

Youth trained in these trades find ready jobs in private and government industrial ventures. we shall impart complete training of the trade and also develop personality, managerial ability and enterprenuership of our trainees. We shall give opportunity to our students for constant upgardation of technical skills and knowledge, besides helping them in setting down in handsome jobs. Our institute has best faculty, state of art equipment, superb infrastructure and top of all, a vision to transform students into highly skilled employable technical power house.
